Went into this office after a friend from the Vet School recommedned them. We were looking at getting away from the city during the dog days of summer - they came up with several options - a trip to Spain that was a good value or a Greek Isle trip or what we ended up doing a cruise along the Dalmaition Coast, where in Dubrovnik they planned a great private tour for us. The folks in the office have lots of experience selling travel and gave us great insight. Having been a victim of credit card fraud myself, I can understand them wanting to check id etc. Since we now have a track record with them, we use them for plane tickets for other family members when they need to come to town, and we can do this all over the phone or e mail. Can't wait to plan next summer's trip with them.
I recently planned an entire wedding- rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception and honeymoon- and Jane Edwards made the honeymoon planning a breeze! I called multiple travel agents and never even got a response from some. Jane called me back soon after I left a message and worked very hard to get me exactly what I wanted. We are going to Egypt and she found a company that puts together packages and showed me all the options in our price range, saved us money on our flights and even directed us to the cheapest shuttle service to JFK. She was so on top of all the details- I messed up when I bought my travel insurance and she fixed it immediately. I didn't even know I had made a mistake but she saw it and called the company and fixed it then called me to say it was already taken care of. That is amazing service. I will definitely use her anytime I have serious travel from now on.
